Rules and guidelines for renting vehicles from ZoomiGo Mobility
The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Indian driving license for the respective vehicle class. Valid identity proof (Aadhar Card/Passport) and a refundable security deposit must be provided at the time of pickup.
Vehicles must be driven within statutory speed limits. Use of vehicles for racing, towing, illegal activities, or commercial sub-letting is strictly prohibited. GPS trackers are installed for safety and compliance monitoring.
Fuel is not included in the rental cost. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as supplied. Late returns will attract hourly penalty charges unless prior extension is approved.
Basic third-party insurance is covered. In case of accidental damage or breakdown, the renter must immediately notify ZoomiGo customer support. Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.
